山药配茯苓对二甲双胍胃肠道不良反应的治疗研究

Treating gastrointestinal adverse from metformin with the Shanyao Fuling decoction

目的:观察山药配茯苓治疗二甲双胍胃肠道不良反应的疗效。方法:将200例因口服二甲双胍出现胃肠道不良反应的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,各100例,治疗组以口服盐酸二甲双胍并加服山药配茯苓煎剂,对照组改为口服二甲双胍肠溶片,治疗4周后,观察山药配茯苓煎剂对二甲双胍胃肠道不良反应的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的胃肠道不良反应症状好转,有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且有协助二甲双胍降糖的作用,与对照组比较差异有显著的临床意义(P<0.01)。结论:山药配茯苓可有效治疗二甲双胍胃肠道不良反应。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of the Shanyao Fuling decoction on gastrointestinal adverse from metformin.Methods：200 cases were divided into two groups,100 cases in each.The treatment group was given metformin plus the Shanyao Fuling decoction.Results：The improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The Shanyao Fuling decoction is effective on gastrointestinal adverse from metformin.
