中西医结合护理在中晚期肝癌患者介入治疗术后的运用分析

An analysis of the application of the integrative medicine care in nursing patients with advanced liver cancer after interventional therapy

目的:探究在中晚期肝癌患者介入治疗术后采用中西医结合护理对预后的影响。方法:选择我院2015年1月-2016年12月行介入手术治疗的中晚期肝癌患者76例,根据术后护理方法不同分为两组,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者术后1d、3d、7d疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者术后并发症发生率为31.57%,护理总有效率为81.58%,观察组并发症发生率为13.15%,总有效率为92.11%,两组均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理可有效改善中晚期肝癌患者介入治疗中的疼痛程度,减轻患者的痛苦,减少或避免并发症的发生。

Objective：To explore the application of the integrative medicine nursing in improving the prognosis of patients with advanced liver cancer after interventional therapy.Methods：76 patients with advanced liver cancer who underwent surgical treatment were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to the postoperative care methods.The nursing effects were compared.Results：The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group in 1 day,3 days and 7 days after operation（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications was 31.57% and the total effective rate was 81.58% in the control group.The incidence of disease was 13.15% and the total effective rate was 92.11% in the observation group.There was a significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The integrative medicine nursing can improve the pain degree of interventional therapy in middle and late stage liver cancer patients,reduce the pain of patients,and reduce or avoid the complications.
