六味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗轻、中度阿尔茨海默病的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating mild and moderate Alzheimer's disease with the Liuwei Dihuang decoction plus western medicine

目的:分析六味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗轻、中度阿尔茨海默病的临床效果。方法:选取我院于2012年6月-2016年6月收治的120例阿尔茨海默病患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予患者西药治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予患者六味地黄汤加减治疗,比较两组病患的日常生活能力、改良认知、病理行为等。结果:实验组痊愈17例,显效20例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率为91.7%,对照组痊愈14例,显效16例,有效17例,无效13例,总有效率为78.3%,实验组总有效率高于对照组,具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:给予病患进行六味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗,可以缓解症状,应用价值高,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To analyze clinical efficacy of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction plus western medicine on mild and moderate Alzheimer＇s disease.Methods：120 cases of Alzheimer＇s disease from June 2012 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given western medicine.The experimental group was given the Liuwei Dihuang decoction more.Daily living ability,improved cognition,pathological behavior between two groups were compared.Results：In the experimental group,17 cases were cured;20 cases were markedly effective;18 cases were effective;5 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 91.7%.In the control group,14 cases were cured;16 cases were markedly effective;17 cases were effective;13 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 78.3%.The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than the control group,with a difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Liuwei Dihuang decoction and western medicine can reduce and alleviate symptoms,has high application value,and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
