观察自拟汤剂结合西药治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of self-made decoction plus western medicine on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:观察分析应用我院自拟汤剂结合西药治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月来我院门诊就诊并诊断为神经根型颈椎病的患者232例,随机选取116例为观察组,其余116例为对照组。观察组给予自拟汤剂结合西药实施中西医结合治疗,对照组单纯给予西药治疗,对比观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者临床评价积分明显增加,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗有效率为94.83%,明显优于对照组的85.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用我院自拟汤剂实施中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效令人满意,可明显改善患者的颈椎症状和功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods：From January 2015 to December 2016,232 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were diagnosed in our hospital.116 cases were randomly selected as the observation group,and the other 116 cases as the control group.The observation group was treated in the integrative medicine,the control group was treated with western medicine,and the clinical efficacy in the groups was compared.Results：Clinical evaluation score in two groups was significantly increased after treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly better than the control group;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the effective rate in the observation group was 94.83%,significantly better than 85.34% in the control group;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TCM decoction in our hospital is effective on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and can improve the symptoms and functions of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
