长龙灸对亚健康人群阳虚质调养的临床应用

Clinical application of the Changlong moxibustion in recuperating the Yangxu type of subhealth

目的:观察长龙灸对亚健康人群阳虚质的调养作用。方法:选择亚健康阳虚质患者105例,按随机数字表法分为长龙灸组、单纯艾箱灸组、中药对照组,每组35例,观察三组治疗前后康奈尔医学指数、中医证候改善情况。结果:三组治疗方案在改善阳虚的康奈尔医学指数、中医证候方面均有效,长龙灸组优于单纯艾灸组及中医对照组,单纯艾灸组与中药对照组相似。结论:长龙灸可有效改善亚健康阳虚证症状,全面提高患者的身心健康及生活质量。

Objective：To observe the effect of the Changlong moxibustion on the Yangxu type of subhealth.Methods：105 patients were randomly divided into the Changlong moxibustion group,simple moxibustion group and TCM medicine control group,35 cases in each.Results：The therapy in 3 groups was all effective on improving Cornell medical index and TCM syndrome.The Changlong moxibustion group was better than the others;the simple moxibustion group was similar to TCM medicine control group.Conclusion：The Changlong moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of the Yangxu type of subhealth,improve physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.
