摘要
目的:探讨护士分层级管理模式在提高护理管理质量中的应用效果。方法:采取方便抽样法从在我院各科室从事临床护理工作的护士中抽取100名实施本次研究,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各组均为50名护士。观察组护士给予分层级护理管理,对照组护士给予常规护理管理。结果:实行护理管理前两组护士的护理操作评分和护理理论知识评分均相当,差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;实行护理管理后观察组护士的护理操作评分和护理理论知识评分均显著高于对照组护士,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。实行护理管理前两组护士的基础护理、病房护理及优质护理等护理质量评分均相当,差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;实行护理管理后观察组护士的基础护理、病房护理及优质护理等护理质量评分均显著高于对照组护士,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:分层级管理应用于临床护理管理中,能够提高护士的工作积极性、临床护理操作能力及临床护理知识的学习能力,从而显著提高临床护理质量,具有极高的实践价值。
Objective:To explore the application effects of nurse grading management mode on nursing management quality.Methods:100 nurses were enrolled in this study from the nurses who took clinical nursing work in our department.The nurses were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given nurse grading management mode;and the control group was given routine nursing management.Results:Nursing score and nursing theory knowledge score in the observation group were significantly higher,P〈0.05.Routing nursing,ward care and quality nursing care were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion:Nurse grading management mode can improve the enthusiasm of nurses,the ability of on-the-spot nursing operation and the learning ability of clinical nursing knowledge,which can improve the quality of clinical nursing and shows high practical value.
