慢性乙型肝炎中医证型研究现状

A review on TCM syndrome of chronic hepatitis B

慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)是现代医学概念。传统的中医理论诊断疾病主要运用望、闻、问、切,没有借助客观性实验室指标,致使对疾病的辨证分型也缺乏客观性。近几年不少学者针对慢性乙型肝炎的中医辨证分型缺乏客观化和规范化的问题,采用现代医学实验室检测方法,尝试着探寻中医辨证分型与客观性指标之间的联系。现将慢性乙型肝炎中医证型研究现状做一系统性综述。

Chronic hepatitis B is a modern medical concept.Disease was diagnosed mainly by inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry and palpation in TCM,without the objective laboratory indexes,the syndrome differentiation of the disease lacks objectivity.In recent years,as the lack of objective and standardized syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B,many scholars apply modern medical laboratory testing method,and try to explore the connection between TCM syndrome differentiation and objectivity indicators.The present situation TCM syndrome of chronic hepatitis B was reviewed systematicly.
