基于声学技术的炉膛温度在线监测系统在火电锅炉中的应用

摘要 炉膛内燃烧情况一直是火电厂运行人员和检修人员迫切需要掌握的。针对赣能丰城二期发电厂700MW锅炉通过华北电力大学研发施工团队对#6炉加装声学烟气测量温度实时监测炉膛出口烟气温度,分析施工前后的优劣势,为同类锅炉的安全、经济运行提供一定的参考作用。 The combustion situation in the furnace is always urgent for operators and maintenance personnel in thermal power plants. According to the two Fengcheng Ganneng power plant 700 MW boiler by North China Electric Power University research construction team of #6 furnace with flue gas measurement of acoustic temperature real-time monitoring of the flue gas temperature, analysis was made before and after the construction as for the advantages and disadvantages, thus providing reference for the safe and economic operation of similar boilers.
