产后风湿病病名探究及临床意义

Exploration on disease name of postpartum rheumatism and the clinical significance

产后风湿病,是妇女分娩或人流术后因保养不当,感受风寒湿邪等导致畏寒肢冷、惧风,关节肌肉疼痛、酸楚,伴自汗、盗汗,精神抑郁或烦躁,失眠或多梦等症状的一种风湿病。本文对古医籍"产后中风""产后腰痛""产后遍身疼痛""产后鸡爪风"及二十多种现代病名进行了分析探讨,提出了使用"产后痹"中医病名和"产后风湿病"中西医结合病名的建议,认为本病命名的规范对临床诊疗有十分重要的意义。

Postpartum rheumatism is a kind of rheumatism due to Feng, Han and Shi in postpartum; the main symptoms of rheumatism were aversion to cold, fear of wind, joint muscle pain, sorrow and grief, sweating, night sweats, depression or irritability, insomnia or more dreams. The names of Chanhou Zhongfeng, Chanhou Yaotong, Chanhou Tengtong, Chanhou Jizhuafeng in TCM and 20 kinds of modern disease names were analyzed; so Chanhou Bi and postpartum rheumatism were recommended as a specifcation. There was a very important signifcance to name the disease.
