花粉葛根水足浴治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变临床研究

A study on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by foot bath with the Huafen Gegen decoction

目的:分析花粉葛根水足浴治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选择我院80例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者行基础治疗;试验组在基础治疗的基础上采用花粉葛根水足浴治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及肌电图改善情况。结果:治疗后试验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;且试验组患者的肌电图改善情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:给予糖尿病性周围神经病变患者花粉葛根水足浴进行治疗能显著提高临床治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the effects of foot bath with the Huafen Gegen decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given basic treatment; the experimental group was treated by foot bath with the Huafen Gegen decoction more. The effects and improvement of the EMG were compared. Results： The efciency in the experimental group was signifcantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05; and the EMG in the experimental group were signifcantly better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Foot bath with the Huafen Gegen decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy can signifcantly improve efciency, promote the rehabilitation.
