和营止痛颗粒在小儿肱骨髁上骨折闭合性手法整复后的干预研究

An intervention study on treating pediatric humeral supracondylar closed fracture with the Heying Zhitong granules after manipulation

目的:小儿骨折多半为青枝骨折,有骨垢未闭等诸多固有特点,以往大部分首选手法整复予以自然愈合。本项目为观察研究和营止痛颗粒参与小儿肱骨髁上骨折闭合性手法复位治疗的临床效果,希能有效减轻患儿病苦,促进骨折愈合、缩短愈合时间,减少并发症等。方法:抽取46例患有肱骨髁上骨折的患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组23例。采用手法整复方式对对照组患儿实施治疗;采用手法整复与和营止痛颗粒两种方式联合对治疗组患儿实施治疗。结果:治疗组患儿肱骨髁上骨折病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;早期肿痛消退时间和X片显示骨折完全愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论:应用手法整复与和营止痛颗粒两种方式联合对患有肱骨髁上骨折的患儿实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective Most of the fractures in children are green branch fractures; there are many inherent characteristics, such as unclosed cornea. In the past, most of the preferred method is natural healing. This project focused on observing and studying clinical efects of closed manipulative reduction plus the Heying Zhitong granules on supracondylar fracture of humerus in children, in order to efectively alleviate the sufering of children, promote fracture healing, shorten the healing time and reduce the complication. Methods： 46 cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 23 cases in each. The patients in the control group were treated by manipulative reduction. The treatment group was given the Heying Zhitong granules more. Results： Clinical efects in the treatment group was signifcantly better than that in the control group. The swelling and pain fade time and complete healing time of fracture was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion： Clinical efects of closed manipulative reduction plus the Heying Zhitong granules on supracondylar fracture of humerus in children showed obvious clinical efects.
