班秀文大师经验方外洗结合针灸干预经行乳胀的疗效观察

Efficacy of lotion from Ban Xiuwen plus acupuncture on menstrual-related breast pain

目的:观察班秀文大师经验方外洗结合针灸干预经行乳胀的临床疗效。方法:选取60例经行乳胀患者,按随机原则分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用国医大师班秀文的方法:中药熏洗结合针灸疗法干预,外洗运用班老经验方:鲜马鞭草60g,土牛膝40g,鲜橘叶30g,苏木20g,以5000ml清水煎30min,趁热熏洗双乳,每日2次,针灸取肝俞、支沟、足三里、三阴交,实证采用泻法,不灸,虚证用补法,加灸;对照组采用口服逍遥丸,每次10粒,每日3次。治疗时机均为月经干净后2周,治疗时间为10d,治疗后与对照组进行疗效比较。结果:本组30例患者,痊愈26例,疗效显著4例,总有效率为100.00%。对照组30例,痊愈5例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%;两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:班秀文大师经验方外洗结合针灸干预经行乳胀具有明显的临床疗效,并具备无任何副作用的优越性,是一种无创技术,安全可靠,医务人员容易掌握,同时也易被患者所接受,容易推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of external washing prescription from Ban Xiuwen plus acupuncture on menstrual breast swelling. Methods： 60 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by external washing prescription from Ban Xiuwen plus acupuncture; the control group was treated with Xiaoyao Wan. The treatment time was 2 weeks after menstrual clean, with 10 days. Results： In the treatment group, there were 26 cases of recovery, 4 cases of efective; the total efciency was 100%; and those were 5 cases, 20 cases and 83.33% in the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The external washing prescription from Ban Xiuwen plus acupuncture on menstrual breast swelling shows an obvious clinical effect, with advantages of no side effects, noninvasive technology, safe, reliable and easy grasped and accepted by patients, is worth promoting.
