中医护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果的影响

Influence of TCM nursing intervention on ulcerative colitis

目的:观察中医护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果的影响。方法:将我院2014年10月-2016年10月收治的92例溃疡性结肠炎患者按照入院顺序编号,再应用随机数字表将其分为研究组(n=46)、对照组(n=46);对照组采用中西医结合治疗及消化内科常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予中医护理干预。对比两组临床疗效、中医症状积分及护理满意度。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组。研究组中医症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度达98.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预可明显提高溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效及满意度,促进患者康复。

Objective To observe the influence of TCM nursing intervention on the ulcerative colitis. Methods： 92 UC patients were randomly divided into the research group （n=46） and control group （n=46）; The integrated medicines and routine nursing of gastroenterology were given to the control group： the research group was added with TCM nursing intervention more. Results： The total efciency in the research group was higher than the control group. The TCM symptom scores in the research group was obviously lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing intervention can obviously improve the clinical efcacy of UC patients.
