中西医结合疗法联合体外震波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的护理分析

A nursing analysis of treating urinary calculi in the integrative medicine plus extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

目的:探究中西医结合疗法联合体外震波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效及护理措施。方法:选择我院于2014年9月-2016年6月收治的246例泌尿系结石患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组123例,两组患者均给予中西医结合疗法联合体外震波碎石术,对照组患者给予一般护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组与对照组患者血尿消失时间、尿路感染控制时间、排石时间及腹痛缓解时间对比,前者均快于后者,P<0.05。结论:给予泌尿系结石患者体外震波碎石术联合中西医疗法综合护理干预疗效确切,值得应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efcacy and nursing measures of the integrative medicine plus extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on urinary calculi. Methods： 246 patients were randomly divided into two groups （n=123）. Two groups of patients were given the integrative medicine with external shock wave lithotripsy; the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results： The time of disappearance of hematuria, duration of urinary tract infection, time of drainage and time of abdominal pain were observed in the observation group and the control group, the former was faster than the latter, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on urinary calculi is efective, and worthy of application.
