摘要
依托咪酯是一种非巴比妥类催眠性静脉麻醉药,被广泛用于麻醉诱导、维持以及危重患者的镇静,也可安全地应用于临床麻醉中。新剂型依托咪酯脂肪乳剂可显著减少注射痛和血管损伤等副作用,故现在依托咪酯的应用又有逐渐增加的趋势,不过还是应该注意依托咪酯的副作用并加以防治,尤其禁用于感染性休克、肾上腺皮质功能低下、脂肪乳过敏者。本文主要对依托咪酯及其临床应用进行了概述。
Etomidate is a kind of non-barbiturate hypnotic intravenous anesthetic medicine, widely applied in induction and maintenance of anesthesia and caring for critically ill patients, could also be safely applied in clinical anesthesia. The new dosage form of etomidate fat emulsion can signifcantly reduce the pain of injections, vascular injury and other side efects, so now the application of etomidate has gradually increased, but side efects of etomidate still should pay more attention, especially for infectious shock, adrenal insufciency and fat allergy. In this article, the etomidate and its clinical application were outlined.
