摘要
中药远志药用历史十分悠久,其化学成分主要有三萜皂苷类、寡糖酯类等化合物。其主要药理作用为镇静催眠、抗衰老、抗痴呆、抗抑郁以及脑保护。本文对远志的化学成分、药理活性及其配伍应用进行了综述,以期对中药远志有更加深入的研究。
TCM medicine Yuanzhi’s polygalaceae medicinal history is very long; its chemical compositions are mainly triterpenoid saponins, oligosaccharide esters and other compounds. Its main pharmacological effects are sedative and hypnotic, anti-aging, anti-dementia, antidepressant and brain protection. In this paper, the chemical composition, pharmacological activity and compatibility of Yuanzhi were reviewed, in order to further study on Yuanzhi.
