摘要
采用纳氏试剂分光光度法和连续流动分析法分别对水体中的氨氮进行了测定,并对两种方法的原理、分析过程以及准确度和精密度等方面进行了比较研究。结果表明,两种方法均满足水质监测的技术要求,在工作中可根据需要选择相应的实验方法。
The determination of ammonia nitrogen in water was performed by Nessl.er's reagent spectrophotometry methods and Continuous flow injection analysis. Comparison research was done on principle of the methods, analy- sis process, precision and accuracy. The results show that both of the analysis methods can meet the technology requirements of water quality monitoring, may choose the appropriate test methods according to need in the work.
