辽河流域冶金行业焦化工艺水污染物排放限值标准制定研究 被引量:4

摘要 为适应辽河流域水环境管理的需求,针对当前水环境管理技术体系不健全的问题,结合辽河流域水环境质量管理目标,制定行业特征水污染物的基准与标准。水环境水污染物排放标准的制定方法关系到排放标准的实用性和可操作性。以冶金行业焦化工艺为例,提出在污普调研的基础上,利用OPMSE平台,借助Petri网对行业最佳可行性技术进行仿真的方法。仿真结果得到特征水污染物的质量浓度正态分布均值在99%置信水平下的置信区间,为下一步结合现行标准科学拟定辽河流域冶金焦化行业水污染物排放限值提供科技支撑。 Aiming at the imperfectness of water environment management system on river basin,it is necessary to work out the local industry water pollutant discharge standards, which is relevant to the dual goals of water quality and management requirements. The method of developing the allowance concentrations in water and discharging standards is a stage of vital importance in implementation. This research takes coking process in metallurgical in- dustry as an example, presents a new method to address this problem. To utilize the OPMSE platform, and con- duct simulations of the best available technology with Petri net. The simulation results show the pollutant concen- tration of 99% confidence interval with a certain confidence level, can provide scientific and technological support for establishing emission limits of coking process in metallurgical industry near Liaohe river basin.
