With the continuous development of information technology, network culture has influenced greatly on people~ life. The same is true for the social public service in the new period, and the influence of network culture can not be ignored. As far as the library is concerned, the spread of network culture has far - reaching significance for its development. In the course of the development of library information service in the new period, there are great challenges and opportunities. This paper mainly discusses the influence of network culture transmission on the library information service, and puts forward some coun- termeasures and suggestions.
