加减定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作热哮证36例临床效果分析

Efficacy of the Dingchuan decoction on acute attack of bronchial asthma of the Rexiao syndrome

目的:分析加减定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作热哮证的临床效果。方法:选取来我院就医的支气管哮喘急性发作热哮证患者72例(时间为2016年2月22日-2017年2月22日)作为本次研究的对象,通过动态化随机颜色球抽取的方法将其分为两组,分别给予常规治疗、常规方法联合加减定喘汤治疗,探究两组患者肺功能指标、各项免疫指标水平的差异性。结果:在肺功能指标、各项免疫指标水平的比较中,观察组较优,P<0.05,差异较为显著。结论:加减定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作热哮证具有一定的应用价值,可改善肺功能,效果显著,可推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efect of the Dingchuan decoction on acute attack of bronchial asthma of the Rexiao syndrome. Methods： 72 cases were divided into two groups, and were given routine treatment and routine treatment plus the Dingchuan decoction respectively. Results： The pulmonary function indexes and immune indexes in the observation group was better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Dingchuan decoction on acute attack of bronchial asthma of the Rexiao syndrome was efective, by improving pulmonary function, and is worthy of promotion.
