中医治疗阴虚血热型围绝经期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

Observation on treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding of the Yinxu Xuere type in perimenopausal period in TCM

目的:探究中医疗法在阴虚血热型围绝经期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者中的应用效果。方法:择取2014年5月-2017年5月期间我院收治的80例阴虚血热型围绝经期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分为人数相等的两组,并采用不同方法治疗,即对照组患者实行西医常规治疗,研究组患者实行中医疗法。对比两组患者的治疗效果及其他观察指标。结果:研究组止血总有效率为95%,对照组为75%;治疗后,研究组各免疫功能指标与凝血功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用上下相资汤可以取得良好的止血效果,其疗效要明显优于左炔诺孕酮等西药。

Objective： To explore efcacy of TCM on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding of the Yinxu Xuere type. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group took conventional western medicine. The study group was given TCM. Results： The total efective rate of hemostasis was 95% in the study group and 75% in the control group. After treatment, the indexes of immune function and coagulation function in the study group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shangxia Xiangzi decoction on hemostasis was efective.
