炮制方法对中药饮片化学成分与临床疗效的影响观察

Efficacy of processing method on chemical composition of TCM medicine and the clinical treatment

目的:观察炮制方法对中药饮片化学成分与临床疗效的影响。方法:研究将我院收治的服用同一中药饮片的120例患者进行分组,其中A组予炮制联合水处理、B组采用炮制处理、C组采用水处理,对比三组患者的临床疗效。结果:A组患者的总有效率为95.0%、B组患者的总有效率为70.0%、C组患者的总有效率为62.5%,经过显著性检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中药药材进行严格的炮制联合水处理,对于降低药物毒性,提高药物临床疗效具有十分重要的意义。

Objective： To observe efficacy of processing method on chemical composition of TCM medicine and the clinical treatment. Methods： The 120 patients who were treated with the same TCM medicine were divided into three groups. TCM medicine in the group A was soaked and processed, in the group B was processed, and in the group C was soaked. Clinical efcacy was compared among three groups. Results： The total efciency was 95.0% in the group A, 70.0% in the group B and 62.5% in the group C. After signifcant test, the diference is statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Strict processing and water is very important to reduce medicine toxicity and improve the clinical efect of TCM medicine.
