穴位埋线治疗肾虚证类风湿关节炎的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoint on rheumatoid arthritis with the Shenxu syndrome

目的:观察穴位埋线联合西药来氟米特治疗肾虚证类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为类风湿关节炎的60例患者随机分为西药组和穴位埋线组各30例。西药组采用来氟米特治疗,穴位埋线组在此基础上加用穴位埋线治疗,对中医症状、实验室指标、DAS28评分进行观察分析。结果:穴位埋线组总有效率明显大于西药组,两组相比差距具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上配合穴位埋线疗法,对于肾虚证类风湿关节炎的患者疗效较好,其疗效优于单纯应用西药组,并且联合应用时能明显降低西药的副作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efcacy of catgut implantation at acupoint plus lefunomide on rheumatoid arthritis with the Shenxu syndrome. Methods： 60 patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the western medicine group and catgut embedding group （30 cases）. The western medicine group applied the lefunomide, and the catgut embedding group applied catgut embedding more. The symptoms of TCM, laboratory indicators, DAS28 scores were observed and analyzed. Results： The total efective rate in the catgut embedding group was signifcantly more than that in the western medicine group, and the diference between two groups was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Catgut implantation at acupoint therapy plus the conventional western medicine is more efective on rheumatoid arthritis with the Shenxu syndrome, and the side efects of western medicine can be reduced obviously.
