手法复位后双柏散外敷联合针灸治疗青少年尺桡骨闭合性骨折的临床效果分析

A clinical efficacy analysis of treating the closed fracture of ulnar and radius in adolescent with Shuangbai San plus acupuncture after manipulative reduction

目的:探讨手法复位后双柏散外敷联合针灸对青少年尺桡骨闭合性骨折的治疗效果。方法:在我院收治的青少年尺桡骨闭合性骨折患者中选出130例随机分组,对照组患者给予手法复位后外固定治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予双柏散外敷联合针灸治疗,对比两组患者的骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率、前臂旋转角度等。结果:观察组患者的骨折愈合时间比对照组短,且术后3个月的骨折愈合优良率为96.92%,高于对照组的86.15%,P<0.05;观察组患者的术后并发症发生率(6.15%)低于对照组的18.46%,且术后1年前臂旋前角、旋后角均比对照组大,P<0.05。结论:对青少年尺桡骨闭合性骨折在常规手法复位外固定治疗的基础上应用中药双柏散外敷和穴位针灸治疗能促进骨折的愈合,减少并发症的发生,促进关节功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To study the therapeutic efect of Shuangbai San plus acupuncture on the closed fracture of ulnar and radius in adolescent. Methods： 130 cases of closed fracture of ulna and radius treated in our hospital were randomly grouped; the control group was treated by loy external fxation after manipulative reduction, and the observation group was treated with Shuangbai San plus acupuncture. The fracture healing time, complication rate and forearm rotation angle were compared between the groups. Results： The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 96.92%,better than 86.15% in the control group in the 3 months after operation. The incidence of postoperative complication in the observation group was 6.15%, less than 18.46% in the control group after 1 year of operation. The anterior and posterior angles of the forearm in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05） after 1 year of operation. Conclusion： Shuangbai San plus acupuncture on young patients with closed fracture of the ulnar and radius can promote the healing of fractures, reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the recovery of joint function and improve the quality of life.
