体外冲击波配合中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察体外冲击波配合中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择130例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组(44例)、对照组1(41例)、对照组2(45例)。治疗组采用体外冲击波配合中药熏蒸治疗;对照组1采用体外冲击波治疗;对照组2采用中药熏蒸治疗。三组患者治疗期间均行膝关节康复训练,并分别记录三组患者治疗前后的骨性关节炎评分(WOMAC)、自我感觉评级,进行疗效比较。结果:经1个疗程治疗,治疗组骨性关节炎评分明显优于其他两组,与对照组1比较(t=-3.259,P=0.002),与对照组2比较(t=-8.290,P=0.000),差异均具有统计学意义。优良例数:治疗组为31例,优良率为70.45%;对照组1为20例,优良率为48.78%;对照组2为12例,优良率为26.67%;治疗组与对照组1优良例数比较,差异有显著意义(χ2=5.66,P<0.05),治疗组与对照组2优良例数比较,差异有非常显著意义(χ2=14.14,P<0.01),治疗组优良例数及优良率显著优于对照组1、对照组2。结论:体外冲击波配合中药熏蒸治疗膝骨关节炎能显著改善症状,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe efcacy of extracorporeal shock wave plus TCM medicine fumigation on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 130 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group (44 cases), control group 1 (41 cases), control group 2 (45 cases). The treatment group was treated by extracorporeal shock wave and TCM medicine fumigation. The control group 1 was treated by extracorporeal shock wave. The control group 2 was treated by TCM medicine fumigation. Three groups were given knee rehabilitation training during the treatment. WOMAC were recorded, and self-perception rating were compared. Results: After 1 course of treatment, WOMAC in the treatment group was obviously better than other two groups, with a statistically significant difference. The excellent rate was 70.45% in the treatment group, 48.78% in the control group 1, and 26.67% in the control group 2. The diferences between the treatment group and the control group 1, the treatment group and control group 2 were both signifcant. Conclusion: Extracorporeal shock wave and TCM medicine fumigation can signifcantly improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, and is worthy of clinical application.
