活血化瘀法在中医内科中的应用效果分析

An effective analysis of application of the Huoxue Huayu therapy in Chinese internal medicine

目的:探究分析活血化瘀法在中医内科中的应用效果及其临床应用价值。方法:选取2014年10月-2016年10月我院收治的患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各100例,对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者行活血化瘀法辨证治疗。比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率及治疗后的效果。结果:对照组无效、有效、显效和痊愈的患者分别有28例、29例、30例和13例。观察组无效、有效、显效和痊愈的患者分别有4例、29例、45例和22例。观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组发生呕吐、乏力、恶心的患者分别有8例、3例、6例,观察组仅发生恶心1例,在不良反应发生率上观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀法可治疗内科多种疾病,效果显著,可较好地纠正血瘀情况,且用药安全性高,不良反应少,具有极大的临床应用价值,值得进一步研究和推广。

Objective： To explore the application and the clinical value of the Huoxue Huayu therapy in Chinese internal medicine. Methods： 200 patients who admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group （n=100） and control group （n=100）. The patients in the control group were treated routinely. The patients in the observation group were treated by the Huoxue Huayu therapy. Results： The invalid, efective, obviously efective and cured in the control group were 28 cases, 29 cases, 30 cases and 13 cases respectively, and those in the observation group were 4 cases, 29 cases, 45 cases and 22 cases respectively. The clinical efciency in the observation group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of vomiting, fatigue, nausea in the control group were 8 cases, 3 cases, 6 cases respectively, and there was 1 case of nausea in the observation group; the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was signifcantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huoxue Huayu therapy can treat many diseases in internal medicine, with obviously clinical efects, high medication safety and few adverse reactions by correcting blood stasis, and is worthy of further research and popularization.
