中医综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating ankylosing spondylitis by TCM comprehensive treatment

目的:分析中医综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年3月我院门诊以及住院部收治的60例确诊患有强直性脊柱炎的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者各30例。两组患者均给予基本体质检测,在此基础上,对照组30例患者给予临床常规的西药治疗,而观察组则在同对照组进行一样的西医治疗的基础上加用中医综合疗法治疗。观察两组患者的治疗情况,以及两组患者对治疗的满意程度。结果:观察组临床总有效率(93.3%)比对照组(80.0%)高了13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且患者对治疗情况的满意程度的调查结果可知,观察组的满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法用于治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效显著,应在临床治疗过程中多加推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive treatment on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected, were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 30 cases in each. Two groups were given basic ftness test. The control group was given routine western medicine. The observation group was given comprehensive TCM. The treatment situation and the satisfaction in the groups were observed. Results： The total clinical efective rate was 93.3 % in the observation group, higher than 80% in the control group. There was signifcant diference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction with the treatment level in the observation group was signifcantly higher than the control group. The diference was statistically signifcant between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM comprehensive treatment on ankylosing spondylitis shows a remarkable efect, should be popularized in clinical treatment.
