小柴胡汤加减联合替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎62例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 62 cases of senile chronic superficial gastritis with the Xiaochaihu decoction plus teprenone

目的:分析小柴胡汤加减联合替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法:以我院62例慢性浅表性老年患者为研究对象,将患者分为两组,观察组采用小柴胡汤加减联合替普瑞酮的方式治疗,对照组只采用替普瑞酮治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果:比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率,观察组患者为96.8%,高于对照组的74.2%(P<0.05);比较两组患者的生存质量改善情况,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用小柴胡汤加减联合替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎具有很好的临床效果,可提升患者的生存状况。

Objective： To analyze clinical efects of the Xiaochaihu decoction plus teprenone on senile chronic superfcial gastritis. Methods： 62 cases in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with the Xiaochaihu decoction plus teprenone, and the control group only was treated with teprenone. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： The clinical efcacy in the observation group was 96.8%, higher than 74.2% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The improvement of life quality in the groups was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of the Xiaochaihu decoction plus teprenone in treating senile chronic superfcial gastritis showed a good clinical efect, improved the survival of patients.
