Objective: To improve the educational efect of two ways on the undergraduates’ cognition of sexual and reproductive health. Methods: The educational efects on the undergraduates’ cognition of sexual and reproductive health knowledge were observed by the questionnaire of demand and cognition of undergraduates in sexual and reproductive health knowledge after special lecture and peer education. Results: There was a high demand for sexual and reproductive health education among college students. After the special lecture, the correct rate of the professional problems, such as “spermatorrhea damage health”, was signifcantly better (P〈0.05). The correct rate of the privacy and participation problems, such as “masturbation impair the physical and mental health”, was signifcantly better after peer education (P〈0.05). The correct rate of strong privacy and participation questions, such as “female fertile period”, in the undergraduates educated with peer education was signifcantly better than that in who were educated with the special lecture (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The special lecture and peer education can signifcantly improve the educational efects on sexual and reproductive health knowledge among college students. When the education of sexual and reproductive health was provided to college students, the special lectures should be adopted in the feld of expertise, and the peer education should be applied to the strong privacy and participation knowledge.
