美育在研究生创新培养中的作用及推进措施

The Role and Implementation Measures of Art Education in Developing Graduates' Innovation Ability

在国家进一步加强对创新人才培养的背景下,聚焦研究生美育,思考审美对研究生创新能力培养的实现路径是有价值的学术探讨。文章首先围绕研究生培养目标,以研究生创新为切入点,结合研究生培养现状及美育与创新的紧密关系引出研究生美育的必要性;继而从三个层面进行梳理:"现状反思",主要反思现有研究生美育在高校具体实践中现状与问题;"学术探寻",探究研究生需要怎样的美育途径;"推进措施",从国家、学校和具体教学管理制度入手思考推进措施。最后构建出"以深化审美和创新培养为目标,专业渗透为路径,学科交叉为特色,审美实践为补充"的新型研究生美育方案。

Under the background of China’s further strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents,the author focuses on graduate art education,reflecting on the value of aesthetic approaches for the development of graduates’ innovative ability.This paper centers on the objective of graduate education,starting with training graduates’ innovation ability,and discusses the necessity of graduate art education combined with the current situation of graduate education and the close relationship between art education and innovation.The following three issues are discussed in detail：the current situation and problems in graduate art education in universities,the exploration of approaches for graduate art education,and implementation measures in terms of the nation,the university and specific teaching management system.Finally,the author proposes a new plan for graduate art education,which aims at aesthetics and innovation training and is combined with professional education,interdisciplinary feature and aesthetic practice as the supplement.
