加味痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征分析

An analysis of treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome with Tongxie Yaofang

目的:探讨分析加味痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床治疗效果。方法:将选取自2015年5月-2017年5月的100例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机性分为两组。对照组给予常规西医药治疗,研究组给予加味痛泻要方治疗。比较分析两组治疗效果。结果:对照组临床治疗总有效率(72.00%)明显低于研究组(96.00%),两组对比,χ2=10.7143,P=0.0011;两组均无发生不良反应情况。结论:腹泻型肠易激综合征应用加味痛泻要方治疗的临床效果显著,而且治疗过程中无不良反应,有较高的用药安全性,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of the Tongxie Yaofang on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: 100 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome treated from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with the routine western medicine, while the research group received the Tongxie Yaofang. The treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results: The clinical effective rate in the control group(72%) was significantly lower than 96% in the research group, χ2=10.7143, P=0.0011; There was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion: Tongxie Yaofang had significant effects on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome, and there was no adverse reaction during the treatment, it had higher drug safety and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
