夏季慢性腹泻采用桂枝二麻黄一汤方加减治疗临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation on treating chronic diarrhea in summer with the Guizhier Mahuangyi decoction

目的:探讨夏季慢性腹泻采用桂枝二麻黄一汤方加减治疗临床效果观察。方法:将2016年6月-2017年8月在我院消化内科治疗的90例夏季慢性腹泻患者随机分为两组,对照组采用盐酸小檗碱片及复合维生素B片治疗,观察组采用桂枝二麻黄一汤方加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、胃动素及胃泌素水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,较对照组的71.11%显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腹泻次数、性状、腹痛程度明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃动素及胃泌素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夏季慢性腹泻采用桂枝二麻黄一汤方加减治疗临床效果显著,止泻效果良好,调节胃部激素水平,减少胃肠异常蠕动,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the Guizhier Mahuangyi decoction on treating chronic diarrhea in summer. Methods: A total of 90 patients with chronic diarrhea in summer who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with berberine hydrochloride tablets and compound vitamin B tablets while the observation group was treated with the Guizhier Mahuangyi decoction, the clinical effect, symptom improvement, motilin, and gastrin level between two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 71.11% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the times, degree of diarrhea, and abdominal pain in the observation group were more significantly relieved than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the motilin and gastrin level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Guizhier Mahuangyi decoction showed a significant effect on treating chronic diarrhea in summer; with a good antidiarrheal effect, could regulate the level of gastric hormone, reduce the abnormal peristalsis of stomach and intestines, which was of positive clinical significance.
