肾复康方治疗慢性肾脏病2-4期脾肾亏虚、浊毒内蕴临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on treating stage CKD2-4 of Pishen Kuixu and Zhuodu Neiyun with the Shenfukang prescription

目的:探讨肾复康方治疗CKD2-4期脾肾亏虚、浊毒内蕴临床疗效观察。方法:将2016年6月-2017年6月在我院肾病科住院及门诊治疗的CKD2-4期80例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组采用肾复康方,比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项指标变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BUN、Scr、e GFR、24h UP与对照组相比明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾复康方治疗CKD2-4期脾肾亏虚、浊毒内蕴临床疗效良好,有利于提高肾功能治疗效果,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the Shenfukang prescription on stage CKD2-4 of Pishen Kuixu and Zhuodu Neiyu. Methods: 80 patients with stage CKD2-4 of Pishen Kuixu and Zhuodu Neiyu treated in the nephrology department of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with the Shenfukang prescription more. The clinical efficacy and changes of indexes in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than 72.5%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, BUN, Scr, e GFR, 24 h UP in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shenfukang prescription showed a good therapeutic effect on stage CKD2-4 of Pishen Kuixu and Zhuodu Neiyu, was beneficial to improve the therapeutic effects of renal function, with positive clinical significance.
