脾胃培元散穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎观察与护理

Treating and nursing chronic gastritis by acupoint application with Piwei Peiyuan San

目的:探讨脾胃培元散穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效与护理方法。方法:选取96例我院于2016年2月-2017年1月所收治的慢性胃炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规西医治疗,配合常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上加施脾胃培元散穴位贴敷治疗,并配合相应护理,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,组间比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃培元散穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎可取得良好治疗效果,辅以相应护理还可有效提高临床疗效,值得在临床当中推广应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Piwei Peiyuan San acupoint application on chronic gastritis and nursing methods. Methods: 96 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine western medicine and routine nursing. The observation group was treated with Piwei Peiyuan Powder acupoint application the corresponding care more; the clinical efficacy in two groups was observed and compared. Results: The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Piwei Peiyuan San acupoint application could achieve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis, being supplemented by the corresponding care it could also effectively improve the clinical efficacy, which was worth being promoted and applied in the clinical practice.
