杨国红教授中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴异型增生30例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with dysplasia from Professor Yang Guohong in TCM syndrome differentiation

目的:探索中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴异型增生临床疗效。方法:病例选自在我院肝胆脾胃科就诊的患者30例,均经胃镜和胃黏膜活检确诊,依据临床表现进行辨证论治。结果:疗效显著者24例,有效者2例,无效者4例,总有效率为86.7%。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴异型增生,效果明显,值得进一步研究和探索。

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on chronic atrophic gastritis with dysplasia. Methods: 30 cases were selected from department of hepatobiliary, spleen and stomach in our hospital, who all were diagnosed by gastroscopy and gastric mucosa biopsy and treated based on syndrome differentiation according to the clinical manifestations. Results: 24 cases were markedly effective; 2 cases were effective; 4 cases were invalid; the total effective rate was 86.7%. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation on chronic atrophic gastritis with dysplasia had a significant effect, was worthy of further research and exploration.
