重症医学科重症肺炎接受机械通气治疗患者实施综合护理的临床研究

Research on comprehensive nursing severe medical treatment of severe pneumonia with mechanical ventilation treatment

目的:对重症医学科重症肺炎接受机械通气治疗患者实施综合护理的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法:从本院2015年2月-2017年2月重症医学科中收治的行机械通气治疗的重症肺炎患者中随机抽选70例,以此作为本次研究的探讨对象,并将其分为观察组和对照组,实施常规护理进行干预的35例患者分为对照组,实施综合护理进行干预的35例患者分为观察组,观察两组护理效果并比较分析。结果:护理干预后观察组患者的改善效果显著比对照组高(P<0.05);护理前两组二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧分压及氧合指数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),而护理干预后两组各项指标较护理前对比均有显著变化(P<0.05),但观察组护理后各项指标改善程度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:对重症医学科重症肺炎接受机械通气治疗患者实施综合护理干预能够有效提升治疗效果,改善呼吸状态,临床价值较高,值得推广。

Objective: To probe into and analyze the clinical effects of comprehensive nursing for severe pneumonia of patients receiving mechanical ventilation in severe medicine. Methods: 70 cases of severe pneumonia who accepted and underwent the mechanical ventilation treatment in our hospital from February, 2015 to February, 2017 were randomly selected as the discussion objects in this study, and were divided into the observation group and control group. 35 cases who received routine nursing intervention were divided into the control group, and 35 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention were divided into the observation group.Then, the nursing effects in two groups were observed, compared and analyzed. Results: The improvement effect after nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the carbon dioxide partial pressure, arterial oxygen pressure and oxygenation index before the nursing between two groups(P>0.05). After the nursing intervention, there was significantly changed in the each indexes in two groups were compared with those before the nursing(P<0.05); the improvement of the indexes after the nursing in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing for severe pneumonia of patients receiving mechanical ventilation in severe medicine which can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the breathing state,and it have higher clinical value,thus it is worthy to be promoted.
