透皮通关散熏蒸加三步健膝疗法治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of Toupi Tongguan San fumigation and Sanbu Jianxi therapy on knee osteoarthritis

目的:本试验的课题主要探讨透皮通关散熏蒸加三步健膝疗法在治疗膝骨关节炎中临床效果。方法:根据随机数字法对本院2015年2月-2017年3月的95例膝骨关节炎患者进行分组,其中治疗组65例患者,对照组30例患者;65例治疗组患者采用透皮通关散熏蒸联合三步健膝疗法进行治疗;30例对照组患者采用口服中成药抗骨增生胶囊进行治疗;参照2012年版《中医病症诊断疗效标准》,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行判定;疗效的判定主要分为轻、中、重三项内容,其中经治疗由轻、中、重转为无为治愈。由重转为中、轻或由中转为轻为好转,无明显变化为未愈。结果:65例治疗组患者,共75膝,经过治疗后,治愈60膝(80.00%),好转12膝(16.00%),未愈3膝(4.00%),临床治疗的总有效率为97.3%(72/75);30例对照组患者,共35膝,经过治疗后,治愈9膝(25.71%),好转15膝(42.86%),未愈11膝(31.43%);临床治疗的总有效率为68.6%(24/35);由此可见,治疗组患者临床治疗的总有效率远高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸加三步健膝疗法在疼痛、僵硬、功能等方面治疗疗效较高,优于单纯应用中药治疗,并且安全方便,价格低廉。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Toupi Tongguan San fumigation and Sanbu Jianxi therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Method: 95 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number, with 65 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group. 65 cases of the treatment group were treated with Toupi Tongguan San fumigation and Sanbu Jianxi therapy, while 30 patients in control group were treated with oral the Kanggu Zengsheng capsule, the clinical therapeutic effect in two groups were determined by referring to the 2012 edition of Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy of standard, the efficacy was divided into there kinds: mild, moderate and severe, it was cured when the symptoms disappeared, it was improved when it was changed from being severe to being moderate, or from being moderate to being mild, it was ineffective when there was no significant change. Results: Among 65 cases of patients in the treatment group, there were a total of 75 knees, after treatment, there were 60 cured knees(80%), 12 improved knees(16%), 3 ineffective knees(4%), the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.3%(72/75); Among 30 patients in the control group, there were a total of 35 knees, after treatment, there were 9 cured knees(25.71%), 15 improved knees(42.86%), 11 ineffective knees(31.43%); the total clinical effective rate was 68.6%(24/35); the total effective rate of the treatment group of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Toupi Tongguan Powder fumigation and Sanbu Jianxi therapy had significant curative effect on pain, stiffness and function in treating knee osteoarthritis, which was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and it was safe, convenient and inexpensive.
