保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察及护理探讨

Clinical observation on treating chronic cervicitis and nursing of the Baofukang suppository plus microwave

目的:对保妇康栓与微波联合在慢性宫颈炎疾病治疗中的效果进行研究,并对其护理措辞加以探析。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年4月于本院所接收82例慢性宫颈炎患者,按就诊前后顺序分为甲组与乙组,分别采取微波治疗、保妇康栓+微波治疗;比较两组患者的疗效。结果:乙组患者总有效率(95.1%)明显比甲组(80.5%)高,差异明显,具备统计学意义(χ2=4.100,P<0.05)。结论:慢性宫颈炎患者予以保妇康栓与微波联合治疗和护理干预,可获得较好疗效,值得在临床上推广。

Objective: The effect of the Baofukang suppository and microwave on chronic cervicitis was studied, and the nursing wording was analyzed. Methods: 82 cases were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the admission order, who received microwave therapy and the Baofukang suppository plus microwave respectively. Results: The total effective rate in group B(95.1%) was significantly higher than 80.5% in group A; the difference was significant(χ2=4.100, P<0.05). Conclusion: The Baoyukang suppository plus microwave and nursing care intervention could achieve a good effect on chronic cervicitis and was worthy of clinical promotion.
