手术室护理干预对腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石的临床治疗效果的影响

The effect of nursing intervention on the clinical treatment of cholecystolithiasis in the operation room

目的:探讨手术室护理干预对腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效的影响。方法:从2016年1月-2017年1月在我院采取腹腔镜手术治疗的胆囊结石患者中抽取106例作为研究随心,采取随机分组法将入选的106例患者分成研究组和对照组各53例。腹腔镜手术治疗过程中,对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予术前、术中、术后综合性手术室护理。结果:观察组患者的皮下气肿、电灼伤、术后感染、血管神经损伤等并发症发生率为,明显低于对照组患者的71.70%,组间比较差异均存在统计学意义P<0.05。且观察组患者的住院时间,明显短于对照组,组间比较差异均存在统计学意义P<0.05。观察组患者的临床护理满意度为96.23%,明显高于对照组患者的71.70%,组间比较差异均存在统计学意义P<0.05。结论:在腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石的过程中,配合实施术前、术中、术后综合性手术室护理,能够显著降低患者的各类手术并发症发生率,利于患者术后恢复,从而缩短患者的住院治疗时间,提高其护理满意度。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the operation room on the cholecystolithiasis treated by laparoscopic. Methods: 106 cases of patients with cholecystolithiasis treated by laparoscopic in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. In the process of laparoscopic surgery, the control group was given routine operation room care, the observation group was given preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative comprehensive operation room care. Results: The subcutaneous emphysema, electrical burns, after surgery infection, vascular nerve injury and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05). The clinical nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.23%, which was significantly higher than 71.70% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallbladder calculi, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative comprehensive operation room nursing could significantly reduce the incidence of various complications of patients, which was beneficial to the postoperative recovery, shortening the hospitalization time of patients and improving the nursing satisfaction.
