从安全管理定律浅谈临床麻醉安全文化的构建

Safety culture construction in clinical anesthesia: from the perspective of safety management models

安全与质量是临床麻醉的永恒主题。麻醉是一个暗含危机与风险的动态过程,麻醉科医生在其执业生涯中,将不可避免的遭遇各种类型的危急事件。本文综合管理学及文化学中的墨菲定律、常态意外理论、瑞士奶酪模型和海因里希法则,探讨其与临床麻醉安全的关系,着重分析人的因素在麻醉安全管理中的作用,为促进我国临床麻醉安全提供一些参考。

Safety and quality are the eternal theme of clinical anesthesia. Anesthesia,by its nature, is a dynamic process whichinvolves crises and risks,and interacts very strongly with the complexity of the environment. Anesthesiologists inevitably encounter varioustypes of crises during their professional careers. Based on Murphy’s law,normal accidental theory,Swiss cheese model,and Heinrich’slaw,this article illustrates these management and culture theories,and discusses their relationship with the safety of clinical anesthesia.In order to provide references in promoting clinical anesthesia safety nationwide,we focuse on the role of safet_management.
