智能制造测控装备语义化描述和数据字典标准的示范应用

Demonstrating Implement of the Standards on Semantic Descriptions and Data Dictionary for Measuring and Controlling Equipment in Intelligent Manufacturing

本文着重介绍了《智能流量仪表语义化描述的数据结构和元素》,《智能制造测量装备语义化描述和数据字典通用要求》,《智能制造控制装备语义化描述和数据字典通用要求》,《智能制造测控装备分类和编码》这4个国家标准(GB)中的相关术语在重庆川仪自动化股份有限公司流量仪表分公司的运营生产流程中的实际应用。在应用中,首先构建了标准验证用的信息化集成平台,并使用新的国家标准,对作为示范应用的测控装备-电磁流量计进行了相关专业术语及编码的转化;然后,在该验证平台上,将转化后的术语以及编码在流量仪表分公司运营的4个主要环节:销售合同管理、设计研发、生产计划及生产制造进行了实际的应用。

The paper focuses on the practical application of relatedtechnical terms from four national standards （GB） in the process of operation and production in Flow Meter Company （the branch office of Chongqing Chuanyi Automation Co., Ltd.）. The national standards （GB）： ＂Intelligent Flow Measurement Equipment - Data Structures and Elements for semetic Description＂, ＂Intelligent Manufacturing Measurement Equipment semeticDescription and Data DictionatT - general Requirement＂, ＂Intelligent Manufacturing ControlEquipment- semeticDescription and Data Dictionary - general Requirement＂, ＂Measurement and Control Equipment of Intelligent Manufacturing Classifying and Coding＂. During the application, firstly theinformation-based integrated platform for the verification of standards was established, and the new national standards were utilized for the conversion of related terminologiesand codes of electromagnetic flowmeter, the measurement and control equipment for demonstration application. Afterwards,the converted terrninologiesand codes were effectively pertbrmed in four main aspectsof operation and production in Flow Meter Company： management of sales contracts, design and development of products, planning for production and manufacturingon the verification platform.
