Effect of Cu on the Growth, Root Morphology and Copper Accumulation of Elsholtzia Haichowensis

摘要 采取盆栽实验,设置4个不同Cu^(2+)浓度(0、50、500、1000 mg kg^(-1)),分析了Cu^(2+)处理下海州香薷植株生物量分配、根系形态、根际土壤酶活性以及植株Cu的积累能力。结果表明:1)与对照相比,海州香薷株高、地上部分干重、植株总干重、根系形态指标(总根长、根表面积和根体积)和土壤酶活性(酸性磷酸酶,脲酶,蛋白酶和蔗糖酶)在50 mg Cu kg^(-1)处理下显著高于对照,500、1000 mg Cu kg^(-1)处理均低于对照;2)随着Cu^(2+)浓度增加,海州香薷地上部分Cu含量、根系Cu含量、总的地上部分Cu积累量和总的根系部分Cu积累量呈显著增加趋势;3)海州香薷的富集系数和耐受系数随Cu^(2+)浓度升高而降低,且50 mg Cu kg^(-1)处理下显著高于500和1000 mg Cu kg^(-1)处理。总之,海州香薷在低浓度Cu^(2+)污染的土壤中生长良好,土壤酶活性最高,富集Cu能力最强。因此,海州香薷在Cu污染农田恢复实践中具有一定的应用潜力。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Cu on the growth, root morphology andcapacity of Elsholtzia haichowensis. We used pot experiment and set four different Cu concentration treat(0、 50、 500、 1000 mg kg-1) to determine plant biomass allocation, root morphology parameters, enzymatic acin rhizosphere soils and the ability of copper accumulation of E. haichowensis. The results showed the foll(1) The height, shoot dry weight, total plant dry weight, root morphological parameters such as total rootroot surface area and root volume, and soil enzymatic activities such as acid phosphatase, invertase, proteasurease of E. haichowensis were higher at 50 mg Cu kg-1 compared with the control, while those were low500 mg Cu kg-1 and 1000 mg Cu kg-1. (2) The Cu concentrations in shoots and roots, total Cu uptake inand roots of E. haichowensis increased significantly with increasing Cu concentrations in the soils. (3) Theconcentration factors and tolerance indices of shoots and roots decreased with the increased Cu concentrin the soils. All these results suggested that E. haichowensis had the highest soil enzymatic activities and caccumulation ability at slight Cu contamination stress. Therefore, E. haichowensis will be a very effective date to treat large-scale soils with low doses of Cu contamination.
