摘要
研究开发一种能够快速、灵敏、选择性检测硫化氢(H2S)的荧光探针具有重要的生理学意义。本文报道了一种能够双通道检测H2S的近红外荧光探针。该探针由类罗丹明衍生物与醛基香豆素出发,通过Knoevenagel缩合反应得到,制备方法简单,稳定性好,背景荧光极弱,可快速、选择性的与硫化氢响应,表现为紫外光谱发生比率型变化并伴随约130 nm的红移,荧光光谱在662 nm与818 nm发生双通道增强。此外,其它小分子以及阴离子的存在对该检测体系均无干扰,可以用于活细胞内源性H2S的检测。
The development of probes for rapid, selective, and sensitive detection of the hydrogen sulfidesgreat importance in biological science.
