摘要 目前在商品房住宅交付后装修施工过程中,经常出现业主对空间进行调整改造,但是由于专业知识欠缺,会造成房屋结构的损伤和破坏。为了解目前商品房住宅二次装修的现状,项目组进行了入户调查以及网络调查,统计分析了常见装修过程中错误行为对结构安全性能的影响,并在此基础上分别对业主、物业等管理部门以及政府相关部门提出参考建议,希望能减少装修过程中对结构的损害。 In the process of housing decoration construction, it is common to improve, expand and adjust thespace, but because of the lack of professional knowledge, it often causes damage and destruction to the structureof the house. In order to research the current situation of the housing secondary decoration, the project designthe housing secondary decoration information questionnaire on site survey and network survey, and makesa statistical analysis of the faulty operation’ s influence on the structural safety performance in decoration process.Based on this, the suggestions are proposed for the owners, property management and relevant government departments with data for reference. The purpose of this article is to reduce the damage to the housing structure inthe decorating process, and ensure the life and property safety of the owner.
