摘要
中小学数学教师教育教学能力提升是中小学生数学能力的重要保障,对于完成学科知识的有效传达,提高教学质量,培养中小学生数学思维有着重要的意义,尤其是在少数民族地区,学生和教师普遍对普通话的理解和表达能力不强、普通话应用不够熟练的情况下怎么进行有效的用普通话进行课堂教学是一个非常值得探讨的问题。我们针对第一批、第二批阿克苏地区中小学教师教育教学能力提升班的全体学员的基本情况、教育教学能力的评估和通过抽样问卷调查的方法了解、掌握他们最关心和面临的困难,给出有效的课程设置方案,努力提高他们的教育教学水平。
The further training of middle and primary mathematics teacher is an important guarantee of students'mathematical ability. It is also important to effectively convey mathematic knowledge, and to improve the qualityof teaching. In the Akesu area both teachers and students’ mandarin is not good enough to analyze difficultmathematic problems comparing to other parts on inland areas. We take the first phase and the second phase ofthe teachers of the training courses to study their basic information such as the age of beinga teacher, the major,the academic performance and the skill of being a teacher. Based on these first-hand information, we give someadvices on the curriculum designing to this training courses to enhance their abilities as middle and primary schoolmathematical teachers.
