摘要
巴基斯坦的教育部门于2017年发布了《巴基斯坦优质教育最低标准》,这一文件设定了七个方面的国家教育标准,分别是:学习者标准、课程标准、教材标准、教师标准、评价标准、早期学习和发展标准以及学校环境标准。巴基斯坦教育部门希望通过这一国家教育标准的制定与实施来改善巴基斯坦儿童入学率低与教育质量不高的现实境况并能从整体上提升巴基斯坦教育的质量。而在当前国际和国内背景下,发展优质教育并建设完备的、可供监测和评价的教育质量国家标准对我国提高教育质量和促进教育公平也有着重要的意义。
The Education Department of Pakistan issued the Minimum Standards for Quality Education in Pakistan in 2017, and this document stipulates seven standards, namely: learner standards, curriculum standards, teaching materials standards, teacher standards, evaluation standards, early learning and development standards and school environmental standards. The Education Department of Pakistan hopes to improve the children' s low enrollment rate and low education quality through the formulation and implementation of the standards, and can improve the quality of education in Pakistan as a whole. In the current international and domestic context, the development of quality education and the establishment of a comprehensive, available monitoring and evaluating quality education standards are also of great significance to the development of education in China.
