高职学生手机文化建设的意义、现状与路径

Significance,Current Situation and Path of Mobile Phone Culture Construction for Higher Vocational College Students

随着手机自媒体技术快速的发展,手机已成为高职学生生活、学习不可或缺的工具,然而过度依赖手机,不仅影响高职学生的学习,也影响了高职院校的教育教学效果。因此应从以下三个方面加强大学生手机文化建设:宏观上,发挥社会各主体合力,齐抓共管;中观上,转变高校管理观念,积极引导;微观上,端正大学生个体手机使用观,提高其信息辨别与选择能力,促使他们自觉践行信息道德。

with the development of the technology of mobile phone media,the mobile phone has become a indispensable tool in college students' life and learning,but excessive mobile phone dependence has a bad effect on the students' learning and the teaching effect in higher vocational colleges as well.Therefore,colleges should strengthen the construction of College Students' mobile phone culture from the following three aspects:.macroscopically,exerting the concerted efforts of all social bodies and jointly managing the work; mesoscopically,changing the university management idea; microscopically,correcting individual mobile phone abuse,improving the ability of information discrimination and choice,and consciously practicing information ethics.
