基于关键成本影响因素分析的BIM应用推进对策 被引量:21

摘要 BIM技术始终追求项目全生命周期信息共享与协同工作。但在当前BIM实施过程中,业主方成本管理难度加大、软件互用性不强、BIM技术自身具有的正外部性等成为BIM推进过程中的重大挑战。本文从生命周期理论出发,分析了BIM的模型结构体系及其工作流程,通过BIM模型的建立、应用及管理过程明晰了BIM应用成本构成,并针对成本构成从项目管理维度、BIM技术基础条件维度、建设环境维度三个层面进行分类归纳其影响因素,通过DEMATEL方法分析各因素间的交互影响关系及各因素在系统中的地位,确定关键成本影响因素,研究结果提出了应通过健全市场发育水平、促进知识共享、提高软件互用性以及政府进行适宜的激励以降低BIM应用成本的相关对策建议。 The goal of BIM technology is to pursue information sharing and collaborative work during the life cycle of construction projects. But in the current BIM implementation process,the difficulties of owner cost management,software interoperability's weakness,and the positive externalities on the BIM technology become major obstacles in the process of promoting BIM. Based on the life cycle analysis of BIM application,this paper introduces the structure of BIM model and its workflow,clears the cost structure through the establishment,application and management of BIM model and analyzes its influencing factors from project management,BIM technical infrastructure conditions and construction environment dimension. And the analysis of interaction between these factors by DEMATEL method is conducted and their position and the key factors are determined. Finally suggests consummating development of market, promoting knowledge sharing, improving software interoperability and government's suitable incentive countermeasures for decreasing the BIM application's cost.
