近年来,中拉关系发展迅速,中国在拉丁美洲的影响力不断扩大。向来视拉丁美洲为自己"后院"的美国,对中拉关系的发展保持高度警惕,对中拉关系的认知偏激多于理性。受美国认知的影响,随着中拉关系的发展,中美战略互疑加深,两国在拉美争夺影响力的竞争加剧。在全球化深入发展、合作才能共赢的当今时代,中美应该而且可以在拉美实现合作共赢,中美拉三角关系的良性互动符合各方的利益。

In recent years the relationship between China and Latin America has developed rapidly,meanwhile China has won a growing influence on the latter. As Latin America is always considered the backyard of the USA,the USA keeps a wary eye on the development of Sino-American relations,hence its views of Sino-American relations is more extreme than rational. Consequently,with the development of Sino-American relations,the strategic distrust between the two states has deepened,and they compete for more influence on Latin America. In the present days of deep globalization and win-win cooperation,China and America should and may come to winwin cooperation in Latin America,thus the benign interaction of Sino-US-Lain American triangle relations is in line with all parties.
