Social construction is a huge systematic project. The social construction in China mainly focuses on the social undertakings and the social administration. The social undertakings reform's core problem is to protect and improve people's livelihoods,the goal is to make people have better lives,and the key is to catch people's most concerned,most direct and most realistic benefits problems. Promoting the reform of the social administration is to innovate the social governance system,update the governance concept,create the service government,make the governance legalization and diversification,pursue the high efficiency,and explore the new ways of the social governance
